Dear citizens living outside of Minsk!
If you have no possibility to come to Minsk for legalization of documents, you can send them by courier to the Consulate of the Republic of Lebanon in the Republic of Belarus at 29, Kozlova Lane, office 11-4 on the reception day, attaching the amount for payment of the state fee.
Please inform us in advance by phone if you are sending documents by courier.
